Rock Church Academy was founded in 1983 and is an exceptional Pre-K to 12 school with a proven history of high standards and academic excellence. Many of our alumni today serve in positions of leadership throughout our community: principals, teachers, military officers, business owners, musicians, and more! Our school has a record of academic excellence spanning across over four decades. Our well-rounded instructional approach fosters critical thinking, communication, character development, and preparation for higher learning opportunities in a safe, Christ-centered learning environment. In addition to high-quality academics, Rock Church Academy offers competitive athletics, engaging electives, and leadership preparation. Our 33-acre private campus includes multiple classrooms and collaborative learning spaces, a large gymnasium, STEM & Makerspace lab, arts & music center, library, indoor rock-climbing wall, zip line, and high ropes course. Our campus is 34 acres and is part of the MIAC Sports League, offering competitive athletics.

Rock Church Academy is a Certified Maryland State Department of Education Church-Exempt Non-Public School, member of the Association of Christian Schools International, and MSDE Certified Home Learning Program. 

Dedicated Teachers
We know that learning is easier when you have an excellent teacher. That's why most of our educators have achieved an advanced degree in their field. Our faculty are passionate about the subjects they teach and bring this enthusiasm into their lessons. Instruction is often delivered in small groups. Our teachers understand the unique learning. styles of each student and plan instruction accordingly. 

Safety & Security
Our private campus is monitored by video surveillance, and routine perimeter surveillance. Entrances are locked during school hours, as well as all staff are CPR/ and First Aid Certified.
